<strong>Дельта Банка приобретает активы Универсалбанка за 95 млн евро. Греческий Eurobank 14 августа 2014 года подписал сделку о покупке-продаже Универсалбанка с украинским Дельта Банком. Сумма сделки – 95 млн евро. Стороны планируют завершить процесс покупки-продажи до конца 2014 года после получения одобрения соответствующих органов, сообщает BankNews.</strong>

<div>Eurobank Ergasias S.A. (Eurobank) hereby announces that on the 14th August 2014, it entered into an agreement with entities of the Ukrainian Delta Bank Group for the disposal of its Ukrainian subsidiary “PJSC Universal Bank” and the transfer of Ukrainian assets (“Transaction”) for a total consideration of ?95m. The Transaction, which will have negative impact of approximately 5 basis points on Eurobank’s Common Equity Tier 1 ratio, is expected to close within 2014 and is subject to customary conditions for this type of transactions and the necessary approvals by the competent authorities.</div>
